Vision
Based on the vision of Unila and the Faculty of Law, the vision of PSDIH is formulated as: ”Excellence in the Development of Pancasila Law Science as a Basis for National Law Reform in the Global Era in 2025”, with Tagline “Protect and Succor: Enligthenment for Local Wisdom“. The vision carried out by PSDIH is essentially in order to achieve the quality of graduates who will contribute to the renewal of national law while maintaining the identity of the Indonesian nation, namely the values of Pancasila.

Mission

1. Organizing and developing legal education and teaching in accordance with the development of science and technology in the field of law and Imtaq as well as the needs of stakeholders with a national and humanitarian perspective;
2. Developing a critical, dynamic and moral academic culture towards the phenomenon of the development of the legal world towards the creation of the rule of law in Indonesia;
3. Develop and improve the results of a smart culture of thought in organizing legal research activities in a holistic and synergistic manner that is beneficial for academic and community interests;
4. Increase participation in community empowerment, especially in the field of legal awareness through community service activities;
5. Increase the synergy of PSDIH work with academic partners, government agencies and the business world to build a competitive and prosperous learning society.

Objectives

In line with the mission above, the objectives of organizing PSDIH are as follows:

1. Producing graduates who are able to develop legal science knowledge, both theoretical and practical through education and research that has novelty value (novelty) and publications both national and international;
2. Producing graduates who are able to solve legal problems through the concept of Indonesian legal science with the following approaches interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisiplinary;
3. Producing graduates who are able to manage, lead and develop theoretical and practical legal development based on Indonesian legal science in creating the benefit of humanity and being able to gain national and international recognition.
