Research Results Seminar Requirements

Academic Qualification

1. Have finished compiling dissertation research results that have been approved by the appointed supervisory commission; and
2. Have completed all academic and financial administration obligations.

Adiministration Qualification

Students register for a dissertation research seminar at the academic department of PS DIH with the following conditions;

1. Fill out the dissertation research seminar registration form.
2. Submit a draft of dissertation research results that have been approved by the supervisory commission as many as 5 (five) copies (bound with a black cover);
3. Dissertation research results are submitted no later than 7 (seven) days before the seminar.

Procedural of Implementation of Research Result

1. Students submit the registration form and the draft of dissertation research results that have been approved by the supervisory commission as many as 5 (five) copies to the academic department.
2. The academic department prepares an invitation to the dissertation research results seminar and posts it on the notice board about the implementation of the seminar.
3. The academic department distributes invitations and dissertation research draft files to examiners.
4. The academic department prepares the seminar room and the form for conducting the dissertation research results seminar.
5. Conducting a dissertation research seminar by a commission of examiners led by the main supervisor.
6. After the dissertation research seminar is completed, the academic results of the graduation are announced and the grades are submitted to the academic department.
7. If declared not passed, the student can repeat the process number 1, while if the student is declared passed, the dissertation research seminar process ends.
