Admission of New Students

Academic Qualifications

1. S1 and/or S2 degrees from an accredited law study program (minimum B) with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
2. Have a draft dissertation candidate research proposal (± 2500 words/10 pages).
3. Photocopy of evidence of scientific publications or professional works owned (if any).
4. Have English language skills with a TOEFL equivalent score ≥ 500 as evidenced by a certificate within the last two years. Those who have not met the score can be considered for acceptance according to the study program policy, but it must be fulfilled before the dissertation examination.
5. Have a BAPPENAS TPA certificate with a minimum score of 500 or TPA of another institution recognized by the Postgraduate Program within a maximum period of the last two years. For those who do not have a TPA with this score, must follow and pass the TPA conducted by the University of Lampung Postgraduate Program.
6. Lulus ujian seleksi masuk baik yang dilakukan oleh Program Pascasarjana maupun Program Studi.

Administration Qualification

1. Submit the printed registration form after completing it online through online registration.
2. Send copies of diplomas and academic transcripts of S1 and S2 or a legalized certificate of graduation and S2 academic transcript.
3. A recent color photograph of 4 x 6 cm.
4. A letter of recommendation from at least two professors in the field of science stating that the candidate has the potential to become a doctor on time.
5. Letter of permission from the institution/agency of the prospective participant for those who are already working.
6. Curriculum vitae (curriculum vitae) up to date.
7. Fee guarantee letter, and
8. All academic requirements (draft proposal, proof of scientific publications, TPA and TOEFL certificates (if available) no later than 7 (seven) days before the test is held.

Admission Procedure

1. Students purchase Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Registration Access Code (KAP) at the partner bank.
2. Students register online through the website http://pasca.unila.ac.idBy using the PIN and KAP provided by the partner bank.
3. The study program prepares a committee and test schedule as well as a team of examiners of scientific abilities.
4. The Postgraduate Program together with ICT conducts TPA tests either by way of   Computer Based Test (CBT) and/or Paper Based Test (PBT)
5. The study program conducts a science field ability test.
6. The study program recapitulates the results of the science field ability test and is then sent to the Postgraduate Program.
7. Coordination meeting on graduation determination between Postgraduate Program and Study Program.
8.  Graduation determination meeting between the Rector/WR, Postgraduate Director/Dir, and dean.
9. Rector's Decree on admitted students.
